Like most viral comics, it started as a meme.
Some say it started with the "stoner dog" meme, but I acknowledge seeing many of them a lot before "stoner dog" appeared.
They're usually comics with lots of frames, which narrate the effects of drugs (usually marijuana, but could also be peyote, acid, etc)
I LOL'ed my ass on many of them, specially the ones related to bacon :)
